Securely pack the unused products in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, manuals, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
